Shipping of the order from www.stoneage.com are very safe, secure and hassle free.
Every package of the product (Jewellery / Gold Coin) purchased from www.stoneage.com will reach to your doorstep in a durable condition and in a tamper-proof packing. We dispatch through any of the courier partner depending upon their serviceability in the shipping address.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is FREE OF COST across all over India. In the recent update from some of the state governments, Entry Tax is applicable on Jewellery/Coin/Solitaire/Watches purchase which is to be paid by the customer at the time of the entry of the product into their state. To make this process simple our courier team will make the payment on behalf of the customer and we shall be collecting the same from you after placing the order by sending the manual payment link.

Delivery to Identified Person

The customer has to enter the correct details of Consignee / Recipient Name (as it is stated in their photo identification that is approved by the Government) with complete Address, nearby landmark, pin code and contact number for hassle-free delivery.
As the product reaches the destination, at the time of delivery, the recipient will have to provide any of the mentioned below identity proofs to collect the product:
– Passport
– PAN Card
– Driver’s License
– Voters ID
– Ration Card
We make sure that delivery is made with the help of courier agent after checking the identity proof of the recipient and the courier agent confirms the same. To make sure that the delivery is safe and secured, the courier agent will note down details of the recipient’s identity proof. During this process, the receiver is expected to cooperate with the agent by providing original copies of identity proof.

Delivery Location

Orders can be delivered to only Residential, Commercial Location or can be delivered to any nearby Stoneage Showroom in India. The delivery of the orders cannot be done to any public places like Mall, Hotel, Restaurant, Hostel, On Road etc.

If at all the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, Courier Company will try making 3 attempts to deliver the product. In case you are still not reachable/ available, the same will be returned to our office from where the product has been dispatched.
Guarantee of the delivery of the product is subject to the terms and conditions of courier company. Any kind of discrepancy in the details of the receiver will result in non-delivery of such product.
